Charlotte Daws

I qualified as a Graduate Sport Rehabilitator from The University of Salford in 2014. After spending a season working in the popular St Anton ski resort in Austria, I completed a Masters in Sports & Exercise Medicine whilst working alongside Notts County Ladies FC. Since returning back to Manchester, I split my time between clinical work, Altrincham Kersal RFC with the Senior men’s team, and the Paracycling team at British Cycling. Within all my work environments, I utilise my forever expanding skill set of exercise rehab, pilates, medical acupuncture and soft tissue and manual therapy skills. Such a wide variety of working environments allows me to work with a range of clientele, from the elite athlete to the less active desk jockey! I enjoy educating patients about the resilience of the human body, and the importance of recovery, management and ultimately ongoing development.

My own sporting passion allowed me to compete in Allstar Cheerleading over 12 years, where I represented the UK at the World Cheerleading Championships in Florida on 3 occasions. Since retiring from cheerleading, I now enjoy my time staying fit and healthy in a gym environment and more recently have found a new love for my yoga mat!
