How could a life and mindset coach help you?
Hello, my name is Kate and I am a qualified Life & Mindset Coach and a NHS Health Psychologist in training. Through one-to-one sessions, I help my clients to understand themselves and their mind better, get clarity on what is holding them back, give them the space to explore all their goals & dreams and support them in taking action to make them a reality.

In coaching sessions, we would get clear on your goals, who you want to be and what you want your life to look like. We will explore the doubts and fears that are keeping you stuck and the unhelpful thinking patterns and self-sabotaging behaviours that are getting in the way of your happiness. I will provide you with support, tools and techniques to understand and manage your mindset and emotions. I will be there to keep checking in with your goals and support you to make clear plans to get closer towards them.
