Kim Schweiger is a qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist CNHC and registered Nutritionist MBANT with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine. She is an Institute of Functional Medicine AFMCP graduate and is currently studying for a Masters in Personalised Nutrition.
Her approach to Nutritional Therapy is based around the Functional Medicine model which is both client centred and a science based approach. This model allows clients and practitioners to work together to address the root causes of individual health concerns to achieve optimal wellness and as a result improve symptoms.
Kim’s expertise focuses on exploring and investigating any potential nutritional deficiencies, digestive and hormonal issues and she often utilises state of the art functional testing to understand more about your body. Kim takes a 360 degree approach to your health and also considers genetic and lifestyle factors in order to create a personalised plan to support you.
Having spent many years in a corporate environment Kim understands the importance of wellness in the workplace. Using her advanced health coaching skills training, Kim can not only help you to look, feel and perform at your best but can also coach and support you through the journey to optimal health.
Kim has helped clients with various health complaints including navigating the menopause, overcoming digestive issues, increasing energy and performance, managing weight loss, type two diabetes and many other mid life symptoms.
