Hello from the Bury team!
We are really excited to tell you more about the fantastic team working in our new Bury clinic. Our team between them has over 100 years experience of working in sport having represented clubs such as team GB, Manchester City FC and England Rugby.
We believe we are different because our team works together to offer a range of services under one roof, including podiatry and biomechanical gait assessment, Women’s health, Pilates, massage, shockwave therapy, and rehab. This range of experience and specialities means we aim to offer you a complete healthcare solution to your problem, and help to not only solve your problem but prevent or help manage future issues.
We have invested in the facilities such as a Pilates studio with a reformer Pilates plinth, four private treatment rooms, gait assessment technology and a rehab gym to enable our team to provide the best level of care.

Charlotte will be expanding her Pilates classes within our brand new Bury Pilates studio. With a masters in Sports Exercise and Medicine, Charlotte will be hosting high level rehabilitation classes. Charlotte has been teaching Pilates for nearly 5 years, starting her matwork training with APPI, and more recently continuing her learning on the Pilates reformer.
Pilates is a great form of low intensity exercise, aiming to teach you more about your body, whilst improving full body strength and mobility with a large focus around the core and spine. Pilates is also great for improving balance, coordination, and posture. Charlotte was drawn to Pilates from her fascination of the human body, and how we all require different cues, visuals and modifications when learning about ourselves and the way we move. Pilates is something she incorporates regularly into her work within our Hale and Bury clinics, and her work in the sports world with British Cycling Paracycling team and Stoke FC. She has even used Pilates to rehab her own injuries along the way!
